Adults: 1,000 yen / Elementary, junior high, and high school students: 500 yen
Groups of 20 or more: Adults: 700 yen / Elementary, junior high, and high school students: 300 yen
Free admission for visitors with a disability certificate (including one accompanying caregiver)

  • 3-minute walk from Ashio Station on the Watarase Keikoku Railway
  • Approximately 30 minutes by car from central Nikko
  • Approximately 45 minutes by Nikko City Bus (departing from Tobu Nikko Station)

Visitor Guidelines

  • Photography is permitted in all areas except rooms maked with “No Photography” signs.
  • Video recording is prohibited throughout the entire facility.
  • No food or drink inside the building.
  • No flammable items, hazardous materials,or pets are allowed inside the facility.
  • The entire facility is non-smoking.
  • Please refrain from entering the museum wearing high-heeled shoes and other footwear with pointed heels, or dirty clothing or footwear.
