Ashio Copper Mine Museum

Established in November 2022, the Furukawa Ichibee Memorial Center was founded to honor the legacy of Ichibee Furukawa, who laid the foundation for the development of the Furukawa Group and made significant contributions to Japan’s industrial progress. The Center is dedicated to preserving and passing on his founding spirit – rooted in his philosophy of “Un Don Kon” (Luck, Patience, and Perseverance) – along with his management principles of “valuing people”, “cherishing customers and society”, and “embracing cutting-edge technology”. By upholding these ideals, we aim to contribute so the sustainable prosperity of society.
